Mykonos has no shortage of glamorous places to stay, but Bill&Coo occupies an appealing position for travellers who want easy access to the island’s social life with a quieter base to return to. Its collection spans Bill&Coo Mykonos overlooking Megali Ammos and The Coast Bill&Coo on the shores of Agios Ioannis.

Private villas and sea-facing suites form the backbone of the accommodation, while YĒVO, COOZEST and Beefbar Mykonos give dining a prominent role. A private beach, Valmont wellness and a considered selection of island experiences round out the stay.

Two Sides of the Bill&Coo Experience

Bill&Coo Mykonos is the collection’s original setting at Megali Ammos, within easy reach of Mykonos Town. Its elevated position brings wide Aegean views, with suites, villas, an infinity pool, YĒVO, and the Valmont Spa gathered within an intimate footprint.

Bill&Coo suite with pool

The Coast Bill&Coo offers a different pace at Agios Ioannis. This adults-only retreat has 25 suites overlooking the Aegean and Delos, with the beach immediately below. Natural whites, pale wood and local stone keep the interiors rooted in Cycladic style, while spacious terraces and private pools or jetted tubs feature in selected categories.

Together, the two settings provide useful flexibility: Megali Ammos for convenient access to Chora and Agios Ioannis for a quieter beachfront stay, with complimentary transfers connecting guests to Bill&Coo Beach.

The Most Exceptional Places to Stay

The Coast Grand Four Bedroom Villa with Pool is the collection’s most substantial accommodation. Set at Agios Ioannis, the 647-square-metre residence extends across two levels and sleeps up to ten guests. Four bedrooms are joined by open-plan dining areas, a full kitchen and extensive outdoor space centred on an infinity pool overlooking the bay towards Delos. Its scale makes it particularly suited to families or groups seeking villa privacy with hotel services close at hand.

The Coast Grand Two Bedroom Suite with Pool offers a more compact alternative at 130 square metres for up to four guests. Two bedrooms connect externally through the private pool area, complemented by outdoor living and dining spaces facing Delos.

At Megali Ammos, the Bill&Coo Villa with Pool places guests closer to Mykonos Town. The one-bedroom villas measure around 80 square metres and combine a king-size bedroom with an open-plan living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private pool and sea and sunset views.

Beyond the villas, The Coast’s standout one-bedroom options include The Coast Grand Suite with Pool and Sea View and The Coast Beachfront Pavilion with Pool. Beachfront suites with jetted tubs and junior suites offer more options for those who prioritise proximity to the water.

At Bill&Coo Mykonos, the Bill&Coo Sea View Suite with Infinity Pool sits towards the top of the suite collection, alongside options with plunge pools or outdoor jetted tubs. The Bill&Coo Two-Bedroom Suite with Sea View, accommodating up to five guests, provides a practical alternative for families and friends who do not need a private villa.

Dining Across Bill&Coo

Dining is one of the collection’s strongest features, with three principal restaurants offering distinctly different experiences across Megali Ammos and Agios Ioannis.

YĒVO

YĒVO is the fine-dining restaurant at Bill&Coo Mykonos, where Executive Chef Angelos Bakopoulos centres his cooking on Greek ingredients, precise technique and fire. Its open-air setting beside the infinity pool is particularly appealing around sunset.

Two tasting journeys, Chef Experience and Pyra, sit alongside an à la carte menu. The Chef Experience moves through dishes such as Gillardeau oyster with kimchi and calamansi, langoustine with sea urchin and clam sauce, charcoal-grilled calamari, cod fricassee with wild Tinos artichoke and Black Angus striploin. À la carte choices include lobster ravioli, smoked truffle bucatini cacio e pepe, Dover sole, lamb rack and charcoal-grilled seafood.

Desserts include fig with fig-leaf sorbet and lemon thyme, alongside a combination of lemon, basil, herbs, meringue and extra virgin olive oil. Recognition through Greece’s Golden Chef’s Hats further underlines YĒVO’s standing within the island’s dining scene.

COOZEST

dining at Bill&Coo

At The Coast, COOZEST takes a more relaxed approach. Head Chef Olga Eleftheroglou draws on familiar Greek recipes and local produce for a menu well suited to leisurely lunches by the sea.

Choriatiki combines tomatoes from Bill&Coo’s Bostani garden with barrel-aged feta, cucumber, olives, capers and oregano, while Greek dips bring together taramosalata, melitzanosalata and tzatziki with ladopita. More casual choices broaden the menu for repeat visits during a stay.

Beefbar Mykonos

At Bill&Coo Beach, Beefbar Mykonos brings more energy to Agios Ioannis. Head Chef Yiannis Babalis oversees the brand’s Beef, Reef, Leaf format, spanning prime cuts, seafood, vegetables and its playful interpretation of street food.

Kobe beef gyros, mini smashed burgers and Kobe beef tataki sit alongside lobster rolls, calamari crunch, and Seabass Sashimi, tomato, passion fruit and tuna bottarga. Vegetarian options include truffle pizza, rock corn, avocado hummus and green gyoza. An in-house DJ adds to the atmosphere as lunch gradually gives way to evening drinks and dinner.

Poolside Dining and Breakfast

More relaxed dining is available around the pool at Bill&Coo Mykonos, alongside breakfast each morning. The Coast has its own breakfast and poolside offering for quieter days at Agios Ioannis.

At Megali Ammos, the Bar Lab develops cocktails in-house, while the Sunset Lounge is well placed for an aperitif before dinner at YĒVO.

Days at Bill&Coo Beach

Bill&Coo Beach

Bill&Coo Beach occupies a sheltered stretch of Agios Ioannis overlooking Delos. The Private Beach Lounge provides double sunbeds and sofas beneath canvas canopies, while the Beach Level places conventional loungers closer to the water.

Food and drinks from Beefbar can be served at the loungers, including smaller dishes, cocktails, wine and rosé. Guests at both Bill&Coo properties receive priority access, with complimentary transfers making the beach readily accessible from Megali Ammos.

Wellness with Valmont

Bill&Coo Mykonos is home to the island’s only Valmont Spa, with two private spa suites alongside a relaxation lounge, jacuzzi, sauna, steam facilities, plunge pool and Valmont boutique.

The treatment menu combines Valmont facials with massages and body rituals. Delos Beauty for Bill&Coo was created specifically for the hotel, combining a full-body treatment with an eye collagen mask and Valmont’s Elixir des Glaciers products. The Traditional Hammam Oriental Ritual incorporates hammam, a Beldi black-soap scrub, Rhassoul wrap and massage, while the Anti Jet Lag Ritual offers a shorter recovery treatment after travelling.

At The Coast, the Valmont Wellness Sanctuary provides a secluded alternative with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and cold plunge, followed by fresh fruit, juices and a 45-minute Pure Bliss massage.

A 24-hour Technogym-equipped gym at Bill&Coo Mykonos and private wellness sessions complete the offering.

Experiences Shaped Around the Island

Bill&Coo’s experiences provide more private ways to explore Mykonos and the surrounding Cyclades. The Private Yachting Adventure is the standout, opening up the waters around the island for a day away from its busier beaches, with yacht charter also available to villa guests.

Closer to the hotel, Bostani – Chef’s Garden Table centres a meal on vegetables and herbs harvested from the garden. Greek Wine Tasting introduces local winemaking with guidance from a sommelier, while the Greek Farmstead Cooking Session explores traditional cooking in a rural setting.

Cultural options include Uncovering Authentic Mykonos, which explores the island’s main town and history, and the hands-on Ancient Greek Mosaic Workshop. These experiences work best as occasional additions, leaving plenty of time for the beach and the island’s wider dining and social scene.

Within Easy Reach of Mykonos Town

Bill&Coo Mykonos at Megali Ammos keeps Chora’s restaurants, boutiques, bars and nightlife readily accessible while remaining outside its busiest lanes.

The Coast offers greater seclusion at Agios Ioannis but remains around a seven-minute drive from Mykonos Town. Guests can therefore choose between staying closer to Chora or beside the beach without feeling disconnected from either side of the Bill&Coo experience.

A Distinctive Mykonos Stay

Bill&Coo works particularly well for travellers who prefer a polished, intimate Mykonos stay. The larger villas provide considerable privacy for groups; The Coast is particularly appealing for couples, and Megali Ammos suits those expecting to spend more time around Mykonos Town.

High-end accommodation, three distinctive restaurants, a private beach and considered wellness and island experiences give the collection enough variety for a well-rounded stay. Its combination of privacy, dining and access to Chora makes Bill&Coo a compelling base for experiencing Mykonos.
