We kicked things off with a mix of standout starters. The Samosa Chaat was an explosion of textures — crispy, spicy, tangy, and creamy all at once. The Bang Bang Shrimps, coated in Indo-Chinese spices with a kick of spicy mayo, hit that ideal sweet-heat balance.
For a plant-based option, the Crispy Kale & Sweet Potato Chaat was a refreshing, crunchy twist on a street food favourite. And if you’re sharing, the Tandoor Platter for two (featuring Chicken Tikka, Sheek Kebab, and Fish Tikka) is the way to go.
